We visited a number of RV sales locations and our experience at Central Washington RV was definitely the most informative and helpful. The process began with Ryan, our salesman, who, with his RV technician background, was able to answer our questions with great detail and clarity. As we moved forward, the other members of the team, Travis (sales manager), Rachel (finances) and Art (orientation and parts) all performed their roles in a friendly and patient manner! Post-purchase they have been quick to respond to our questions and provide ongoing support. We definitely recommend Central Washington.

On 4/26 - our first day of our first camping trip of this year - we had an issue with the electrical connector on our travel trailer. The next morning, we passed through Yakima, on our way to our next campground, and thankfully found Central Washington RV. We were SO amazed, and grateful to learn they not only had the part we needed, but were willing to install it for us without an appointment! The young lady at the front desk was SO sweet and helpful (I'm sorry I didn't write down her name). She called over to the service department - which was at another address - got everything arranged for us, and gave us very specific directions to their location. My hubby isn't completely comfortable with his backing skills yet, and the young man there cheerfully offered to turn our truck/trailer around for us. We arrived at the service location without a problem and, within an hour our new part was installed, and we were on our way - scarcely able to believe our good fortune! Took my Durango in because the Auto Lever System wasn't working properly. They got me in the same day. The service dept. really knows their stuff! Before they diagnosed the problem, they told me what they thought it could be. They said it could be the onboard battery. Well, as it turned out, it was the battery. They had me in and out in about 1 & 1/2 hours. All is good. Thank you Mike and all the service team!

What can I say? I have never met such a nice group of people in ANY business! I really thought that the type of customer service I found with you business was long gone. When I came in last week to pick up my trailer license, never did I dream that I would get such a warm welcome, be called friend and family , and receive such a generous offer of help in selling our motorhome.Your offer to assist us with paperwork, for buyer financing , inspection of the unit, etc. was way above anything I ever expected. I've bragged about CWRV to everyone I know. Thank you again for such a generous offer. I would like to thank Eddie and Troy for their help with warranty and non-warranty work on my new 5th wheel trailer. I did not buy it at CWRV due to the fact they do not sell this model. The place I bought it was in Omak, WA.. I do not want to go back to Omak for any work on my trailer. They have jerked me around, not telling me the truth and very very poor on contact after the sale. Lesson learned. Eddie and Troy have bent over backwards trying to get things covered under warranty. They have been on the phone telling the Corporate Office why these items need to be covered under their warranty. If you have bought a trailer from another dealership and need warranty or non-warranty work done, these two guys are who you want to see; they will fight for you. Eddie and Troy, you two are what other RV service departments wish they had. Thank you for what you have done for me. If I could give you a 10 star rating, I would make it a 20 star. Never been treated like this before. Thank you.

My husband and I bought a surge protector from the parts department. Works good and price was great. Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. Will definitely visit them again next time I need parts for our Rv.

We found Central Washington RV just by driving down the freeway heading to Tri-Cities. We had looked at a lot of different RV places and really Really Liked Center, Washington RV and Travis was our salesman who was so knowledgeable they were also nice. We looked one day and ended up leaving and there was no pressure at all then we left and we end up coming back the very next day and bought a very nice RV that we are very happy about him it is a 30 ft keystone bullet premier. We also had a great experience during our walk-through after purchase and then also with the service department and in also buying parts in the store there. Travis has been available by phone for us numerous times since the sale helping us out with different things. We really appreciated that extra help that he gave us. The first time or use their RV we camped next-door to CW RV just so we could utilize their help and what we needed being so close and Travis actually came over and helped us set up when he got off work so I just really think they go beyond what is expected of them and we really did appreciate it. Will definitely go back if we end up getting a different RV but so far were very happy with their purchase.

We bought a 2005 Gulfstream Yellowstone Class C RV. We bought it used with as is/no warranty. When we came to pick it up, CW RV had cleaned it inside and out, fixed all the little things we had gone over and filled our propane tank. We got it home and discovered the seal to the toilet was bad and that the fuel pump, which had just been replaced, was not working. Even though we had no warranty, CW RV stepped up and paid to tow the RV to the mechanic to fix the fuel pump, paid to fix the fuel pump, and then fixed the seal on the toilet. They did all of this with a smile in their face a d the sincerest of apologies. I really appreciate that there are still companies that care about their customers. We will definitely be back and recommend them to all our friends and family.

I had heard good things about purchase experience at Central Washington RV. Being 2 hours away I was a bit apprehensive to go that far for service reasons. Two years later it is obvious that I have made the right decision. Jason and his staff are nothing short of the professionals you would expect from a dealer who is willing to take care of folks during and after the sale. Integrity, and superior service, seems to be the foundation they continue to build upon. Truly a class act. We bought a Coachmen Freedom Express camp trailer from Central Washington RV and had a great experience. We shopped around before finally deciding on their dealership because of the experience we had with the folks who helped us there. We couldn't be happier with their expertise and customer service. They weren't 'pushy', just helpful when we had questions. Everyone we came in contact with was professional and knowledgeable.
